Katherine Morong has been creating elegant events for
clients around the world. Whether a romatic repast aboard
a private yacht in the Mediteranean, or a formal dinner
for 250 under a canopy of stars on the coast of Maine,
Katherine's is the gold standard in catering and event
planning.
Best known for her one-of-a-kind cakes, Katherine's
creations are as beautiful and unique as they are delicious.
A natural in the kitchen from an early age, Katherine
made her first specialty cake at the age of ten - and
it was love at first bite! After completing a degree
in Studio Art at Davidson College, Katherine studied
cake creation and design with Collette of Collete's
Cakes. Her repetoire includes everything from simple
birthday cakes with scrumptious buttercream frosting
to elaborately designed, multi-tiered wedding cakes
with hand-crafted sugar flowers.
